Ritter blackKnights Tecan compatible tips
Ritter has developed a ‘Type Tecan’ variant of its renowned blackKnights conductive robotic tips. Type Tecan blackKnights tips and boxes are compatible with Tecan workstations as well as equivalent Qiagen/Corbett, Perkin Elmer (Packard) and Abbott Diagnostic platforms.
The blackKnights conductive tips, part of Ritter’s huge range of Robotic Consumable products, are designed for use in clinical diagnostic instruments and manufactured under cleanroom conditions to no-compromise standards to guarantee smooth production flow and highest quality patient results.
Ritter’s refusal to compromise on quality is a key reason why Ritter robotic tips have become a firm favorite with professionals working in laboratories, research centers, hospitals and clinics, with millions of tips used annually across global clinical chemistry, immunochemistry and healthcare industries.
Design and features:
Features include conductivity that enables the system to recognize the filling height to guarantee minimal immersion of the tip into the liquid, in order to assure more secure and precise pipetting and dispensing results, even with very small volumes. The blackKnights Type Tecan can handle single volumes ranging from 20 μL to 1200 μL.
Developed and produced in Germany, Ritter’s blackKnights are produced and tested at independent laboratories to be free of DNase, RNase, ATP and pyrogens, with each batch tested according to Ritter’s rigorous Quality Management System (QMS) to assure reproducible results.
Type Tecan blackKnights tips and boxes are compatible with Tecan Freedom EVO®, Fluent®, Genesis, MiniPrep and Cavro workstations as well as with Qiagen/Corbett’s CAS 1200/4200/4800 and QIAgility systems, Perkin Elmer (Packard) Multiprobe II or Janus and Abbott Diagnostic: m2000.
