Pharma Plastics Innovator Ritter to Exhibit in Vietnam for the First Time

Ritter GmbH, the German-based manufacturer of sterile and technically advanced plastics for medical and research use, is to exhibit its products in Vietnam for the first time.

Ritter announced that it would be taking a stand at the Medipharm Expo at the Tan Binh Exhibition & Convention Centre (TBECC) in Hochiminh City in the south of the country, which has become a leading medical and healthcare event for the Asia-Pacific region.

Sophisticated

The Bavarian-based company will be exhibiting its Ripette® Pro range of manual and electronic liquid dose dispensers and Ritips® Professional sterile dispenser tips. These set international benchmarks for clinical-standard precision, ergonomics and hygiene, reflecting the increasingly sophisticated demands from Vietnam’s healthcare system.

Ritter will also be showing its Riplate® 96-well-deeplate sample plates that are suitable for automated systems, as well as its polySteribox® reusable sterilisation and transport containers. It believes these products will be of particular interest to Vietnam’s fast-growing medical and pharmaceutical research sector.

New Connections

Ritter spokesperson Melanie Wendel said Ritter would be offering exclusive Expo promotions to local distributors at the event.

“We wanted to be part of Medipharm Expo 2013 because we see this as a great opportunity from which to explore opportunities in Vietnam’s highly dynamic healthcare and medical research sector and to forge new connections across the whole Asia-Pacific region,” said Ms. Wendel.

“We also believe visitors to our stand will be very interested in the ways in which our highly developed Application Engineering capabilities can support laboratories in overcoming technical problems, develop detailed process modifications or advise on development of specialised processes or new products,” Ms. Wendel added.

Ritter’s stand, F33 in Hall 2, will be part of Medica Vietnam, one of five different concurrent exhibitions that together make up Medipharm Expo 2013.

About MediPharm Expo 2013

Vietnam’s Medipharm Expo was first staged in 2000. It is co-hosted by the country’s Ministry of Health, along with the Ministry of Industry & Trade, and is organised by VINEXAD, Vietnam’s National Trade Fair and Advertising Company.

The Expo has become a destination event for delegates and exhibitors across South East Asia. Last year’s Medipharm Expo attracted more than 300 exhibitors from 20 countries, including Australia, France, Germany, Italy, the UK, Belarus, Russia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, China, Taiwan, Hongkong, India and Pakistan, as well as Vietnam itself.
