MEDELPHARM showcasing combined group capabilities at ACHEMA Frankfurt with KORSCH AG and L.B. Bohle

Beynost, (Lyon), France: – Research-based manufacturer and powder compaction specialist MEDELPHARM will be one of the pillars of an impressive group offer in partnership with strategic partners KORSCH AG and L.B. Bohle at the upcoming ACHEMA 2024 chemical engineering and process industries expo in Frankfurt-am-Main.

The three companies will stage a combined display from  booths A49 and A71 in Hall 3.0 at the Messe Frankfurt as part of the Pharmaceutical, Packaging and Storage exhibition zone, emphasizing their end-to-end capabilities in every aspect of pharmaceutical tablet manufacturing processes, covering the entire spectrum from R&D to high-speed high-volume production.

Three-way offer

The MEDELPHARM contribution will showcase the work of all three of its operating divisions: Instruments, Science Lab, and Distribution.

Representing Instruments, MEDELPHARM will show its range of R&D oriented STYL’One compaction simulators, including the versatile STYL’One Evo and compact benchtop sized STYL’One Nano.

Meanwhile, KORSCH will present several production-oriented tablet presses, such as the KORSCH X 5 tablet press, X 3 Mid-Range Maximized and XT 600 High Speed Double Rotary Press with segmented turret technology, alongside process solutions from L.B. Bohle such as the BF 5 R&D Coater, BRC 25 Roller Compactor and BTS 200 optimized Sieving System.

Laboratory Zone

MEDELPHARM’s Science Lab will highlight its advanced  powder characterization and formulation development expertise as part of a combined R&D Laboratory section of the stand that will also represent the work of the KORSCH Innovation Centers worldwide.

The Research Lab section will stage live demonstrations of STYL’One Nano and STYL’One Evo capabilities, led by Marketing Director Quentin Boulay and Global Coordinator for Science Lab & Innovation Centers Bruno Leclercq.

MEDELPHARM Distribution

ACHEMA will also provide a platform to present the work of MEDELPHARM’s Distribution Unit that supplies France and Belgium with innovative technologies in powder processing from key partner companies Fitzpatrick, Quadro, Procept, Xedev, Caleva, L.B. Bohle, and MG2. The whole MEDELPHARM Distribution team will be present throughout the show on the joint KORSCH -MEDELPHARM – L.B. Bohle booth, as well as on the MG2 srl Booth F37 in Hall 3.1 MG2 will highlight their Essentia and Flexalab capsule fillers.

The applications covered by MEDELPHARM Distribution’s partnerships cover weighing, granulation, sieving, blending, coating, extrusion and spheronization, milling and capsule filling, from the R&D phase to scale-up and production.
