Lab consumables leader Ritter debuts at Analytica China show

Schwabmünchen, Germany: –Ritter GmbH, Europe’s leading manufacturer of sterile and technically advanced plastics for medical and research use, is to exhibit at its products for the first time at the giant Analytica China expo in Shanghai this month.

The Bavarian-based company will be exhibiting its family of robotic consumables, including the Ripette® Pro range of manual and electronic liquid dose dispensers and Ritips® Professional sterile dispenser tips and needles.

Visitors to the Ritter stand 1213 in Hall N1 at Shanghai’s New International Expo Centre (SNIEC), will also be able to see the company’s Riplate® 96-well-deeplate sample plates suitable for automated systems, as well as its Polysteribox® reusable sterilisation and transport containers.

The company believes that its consumables’ high standards of precision, ergonomics and hygiene, together with their compatibility with a wide range of laboratory systems, should meet growing demand from China’s rapidly expanding healthcare system and life sciences industries.

New connections

Ritter Key Account Manager for Asia Pacific, Melanie Wendel, will lead the expo stand team. She says the company’s first appearance at Analytica China represents a further step in Ritter’s entrance to the region, following an initial appearance at last year’s Medipharm expo in Vietnam.

Ritter will also use the Shanghai event to make contact with potential local distributors.

“As part of our networking program at Analytica China, we will be looking to talk to local companies with the right range of attributes to become Ritter distribution partners in China,” said Ms. Wendel.

“What we are offering above all is German quality standards of precision, sterility and construction,” she said.

“The proposition that we bring to this expo is that of a business in which Chinese end users will be able to access German quality laboratory products from local distributors with total customer support,” she added.
