Design and Engineering Features

Vacuum Sealer

The MSB11MV impulse sealer is designed for vacuum packing using medium to large sachets, bags and pouches made of barrier film at comparatively low production rates. The machine will seal polyethylene or thick multi-layer complex bags.

It incorporates a similar set of features and options to the MSB11MVI_ID ID PHARMA, including:

Vertical Vacuum Packing Chamber

BERNHARDT’s Vertical Vacuum Packing Chamber is designed for small, medium and large-sized sachets and for products in any form, including powders, highly pulverulent products, liquid/viscous products and solids.

The machine is designed for vacuum and modified atmosphere packing of sachets, bags and pouches with packaging handled vertically.

Big Bag Filler

BERNHARDT’s Big Bag Filler is a gravimetric big bag filling machine that allows sensitive products to be packed in a sealed packaging to preserve all the mechanical and/or organoleptic qualities of the products throughout their specified lifetimes.

The machine is designed for automatic filling of big bags with powders and granules, with a production rate of 6-12 big bags of up to one tonne per hour, depending on bag volume and substance flowrate.
