Bernhardt brings expanded pouch range to Pharmapack, Paris

Wimille, France: – Bernhardt, the French-based world leader in high barrier film and foil products will return to Pharmapack Europe 2018 in Paris with an enhanced range of flexible packaging solutions, including a new range of stand up pouches for liquid products and open-mouth bags.

Once again, Bernhardt will be a leading presence at the pharmaceutical packaging and drug delivery systems show, exhibiting at Booth M24 at the Porte de Versailles exhibition center. Bernhardt has been a regular exhibitor at Pharmapack for the past 10 years.

Updated pouch range

Bernhardt team will be exhibiting a selection of the company’s latest solutions, notably its updated ranges of pouches for liquid products, along with high barrier bags for forms like powders and tablets.

“We look forward to returning to Pharmapack, which has been a great platform for us to deepen and extend our leading reputation and profile in advanced pharmaceutical packaging products and machinery,” commented Bernhardt Sales Director, Jeremie Dalle.

Continuous sealing

“This new range features sealing shapes and strong foils that provide very high barrier protection and impact resistance, as well as enhanced side gusset design, offering decisive advantages for purchasing, production and packaging decision makers, including greater space efficiency, easier handling, and less wastage,” Mr. Dalle added.

During 2017, Bernhardt expanded manufacturing capacity at its Wimille facility near Boulogne, adding two new production lines to meet rising demand for its freestanding liquid pouches.
Bernhardt provides a wide range of pouches and bags for liquids and solids, ranging in sized from 0.5 liters to 2000 liters that are used across a very wide range of pharmaceutical and other industrial applications.
