QbCon® 1 – Truly Continuous Drying and Filter Cleaning

The QbCon® 1 represents L.B. Bohle’s innovative approach to continuous pharmaceutical manufacturing, combining wet granulation and drying in a single integrated system designed for research and development and small-scale production.

This compact equipment delivers uniform, reproducible drying of granules through gentle fluidization, while maintaining very short residence times with narrow distribution for optimal quality control.

A standout feature is its patented fully automatic filter cleaning during the drying process, ensuring uninterrupted operation without process downtime.

With its small footprint and nominal throughput of 0.5-2.5 kg/h, the QbCon® 1 is perfectly suited for lab-scale development work, enabling fast product development with secure scale-up capabilities for pharmaceutical applications.
