L.B. Bohle Brings Dry Granulation, Blending and Tablet Coating to PMEC India 2026

Ennigerloh, Germany – Cutting energy costs, scaling up with confidence and keeping operators safe are top priorities for India’s OSD manufacturers. L.B. Bohle will tackle all three at PMEC India 2026, on Booth 9C02 at India Expo Centre & Mart (IEML), Greater Noida, from 24–26 November.

Its 116 sqm stand will focus on dry granulation, blending, tablet coating and containment applications.

BRC 25 – dry granulation without the drying

The BRC 25 dry granulator removes the energy-intensive drying step of wet granulation, cutting costs per batch. It is the process of choice for large-volume and moisture-sensitive products.

An electromechanical roller drive keeps flake properties consistent. Throughput reaches up to 100 kg/h, depending on product, and almost tool-free assembly takes less than 10 minutes. The BRC 25 is PAT-ready, with optional containment equipment including a sample train.

BFC 5 – coating R&D from just 200 g

The BFC 5 laboratory coater covers batches from 0.5 to 13 litres. An optional mini drum allows trial batches from just 200 g, which is ideal for costly APIs. A modular nozzle arm with up to four nozzles gives reproducible results that scale reliably to production.

LM 40 – blending that scales to 12,000 litres

The LM 40 laboratory blender uses Bohle’s counter-current mixing principle for gentle, homogeneous blending that protects both operator and product. Results transfer directly to production blenders of up to 12,000 litres.
