L.B. Bohle White Paper – Film Coating Technology

L.B. Bohle Maschinen und Verfahren GmbH (L.B. Bohle) has released a further technical White Paper on the advantages of its tablet coaters and their film coating process.

The technical article ‘Tablet Coating: Optimal Uniformity and Flexibility’ shows how making the right choice of tablet coater can make a significant contribution to saving resources.

The paper reviews the important role of tablet coating or film coating in OSD production in terms of consumer acceptability and dosage control, with factors such as Relative Standard Deviation (RSD) and ΔE values for colored coatings particularly important in determining quality.
