L.B. Bohle brings container blending and tablet coating expertise to MEDELPHARM seminar

Ennigerloh, Germany: – Industrial pharma process world-leader L.B. Bohle Maschinen und Verfahren GmbH will be a leading participant at an upcoming MEDELPHARM Distribution Forum in Paris.

The seminar, titled: “Let’s Cut to the Chase: Let’s Talk Powder, will focus on the technical challenges of industrial production of OSD oral solid dosage forms. This follows an earlier event dedicated to R&D and Development phases, in which L.B. Bohle also took part.

The seminar series is aimed at strategists and pragmatists in pharma production and the one-day event in Paris on September 24 will discuss the industrial realities of scaling up, process robustness, and guaranteeing flawless performance in tablet production environments.

Expert presentations

The sessions will include case studies, feedback from the field, peer-to-peer discussions and presentations on detailed aspects of tablet manufacture from experts.

One of the speakers will be L.B. Bohle Sales Director Burkhard Schmidt, who will deliver several lectures. These will cover aspects such as:

• Optimizing powder processing using container blending
• Improving tablet coating performance with innovative technological solutions
• Innovation in dry granulation: Using the BRC Dry Granulator to improve process control and performance
• Increasing performance and profitability in wet granulation.
