Ennigerloh, Germany: – World-respected builder of advanced systems for pharma production, L.B. Bohle, will again be a leading presence at the high prestige INTERPHEX pharma expo in New York with its leading-edge next generation design process machinery.
The L.B. Bohle stand at Booth 3529 at New York City’s Javits Center will feature a range of the company’s solutions for the pharmaceutical OSD production.
CM Commitment
Machines on show will also include latest versions of the BFC 5 lab-scale coater, BTS 200 Conical sieving unit, and LM 40 Laboratory coater. The stand will also show the revolutionary QbConâ 1 for continuous wet granulation and drying, spearheading LB. Bohle’s commitment to advancing the state-of-the-art in Continuous Manufacturing (CM).
The Bohle team display will also promote the work of the state-of-the-art U.S. Service Center at Warminster PA where customers can test or optimize all steps in tablet manufacturing, including CM processes.
Stand visitors will also be able to gain half price registration for the Service Center’s OSD Technical Seminar ‘From Powder to Coated Tablet’ with its focus on Continuous Wet Granulation and Drying. The workshop, scheduled for May 14-15 at Warminster, will provide a roadmap toward CM aimed at engineers, researchers, operators and decision makers and focusing on batch processing and continuous manufacturing solutions.
AR application
In addition to the machines on display, INTERPHEX stand visitors will have the opportunity to experience a new BRC dry granulator in an augmented reality application.
The design award-winning granulator combines high product capacity with minimal material loss. Unlike competing systems, the force is generated purely electromechanically, ensuring consistent flake properties.
