L.B. Bohle puts BRC 25 dry granulation centre stage at Pharma Pro&Pack Expo 2026

Ennigerloh, Germany – World-leader in pharma production machinery, L.B. Bohle Maschinen und Verfahren GmbH, will place the focus on advanced dry granulation at its upcoming return to India’s premier pharma process and packaging machinery event, Pharma Pro&Pack Expo 2026.

The L.B. Bohle BRC 25 advanced technology Dry Granulator will form the centerpiece of its exhibition stand at Booth A11 in Hall 3 of the giant HITEX Exhibition Centre in Hyderabad, a hub city for Inda’s dynamic pharma manufacturing industry.

Energy-saving continuous dry granulation

The BRC Series are already established favorites with India’s oral solid dose (OSD) manufacturing sector and the BRC 25 will be of particular interest as it supports continuous dry granulation with significant energy savings over conventional wet granulation processes. It is also optimal   for large-volume and moisture-sensitive products.

In contrast to competitor systems, the BRC uses purely electromechanical force generation to assure constant flake properties. The sophisticated system design also facilitates handling and shorter assembly procedure, as well as integrated Wash in Place (WIP). In common with other L.B Bohle solutions, it is based on Quality by Design concepts and integration of Process Analytical Technology (PAT).

Beyond granulation – the full OSD portfolio

The whole L.B. Bohle display in Hyderabad will showcase its comprehensive portfolio of solutions for leading-edge OSD manufacturing, including blending, tablet coating and continuous manufacturing.
