L.B. Bohle conducts tablet coating demos at Hyderabad Innovation Center

Ennigerloh, Germany: -World-respected builder of advanced systems for pharmaceutical tablet production, L.B. Bohle, has conducted a series of successful tablet coating demonstrations for Indian clients at its constricted Innovation Center in Hyderabad.

The Test Center welcomed a team from a prospective customer company to see the BFC 5 laboratory tablet coater in action.

Film coating in action

The test trial sessions were led by Parag Radia, Director of Sales at L.B. Bohle India, and provided an opportunity for the visitors to handle the machine and see the precision and versatility of L.B. Bohle film coating technology in action.

Shared facility

Inaugurated in April 2022, the Hyderabad Test and Innovation Center is shared by L.B. Bohle and its long-time partner, KORSCH AG.

The Hyderabad facility is the latest addition to an existing global network of Innovation Centers, joining KORSCH facilities in Berlin, Boston MA and Lyon in France, alongside L.B. Bohle test and development centers in Ennigerloh, Germany and Warminster PA in the USA.

L.B. Bohle Service Centers allow customers to test its machines for all process steps of pharmaceutical solids production and optimize their processes. Every system is installed in an open box for easy access for product tests and demonstrations. This facility enables customers to optimize efficiency and quality directly within their processes.

The opening of the Hyderabad Center marked a further expansion of the partners’ presence in India where L.B. Bohle India Pvt Ltd. and KORSCH India Pvt Ltd serve the fast-growing Indian pharmaceutical market, with L.B. About Hyderabad Innovation Center

The Hyderabad Innovation and Test Center was constructed in 2022 by L.B. Bohle and Berlin-based KORSCH AG as a shared competence center to support equipment sales, technical services, and spare parts for both companies.

The facility is also headquarters for KORSCH India Pvt. Ltd and serves as a joint test and development center for L.B. Bohle and KORSCH.

The Innovation Center features a wide range of equipment and services, including product formulation and optimization, training, tablet production trials, as well as factory acceptance testing.

Designed and built to support customers, the provides an ideal environment for learning and technical advancement, including training rooms, compression suites, an IPC laboratory, and a conference center.
