L.B. Bohle bringing solid dose manufacturing advances to INTERPHEX 2023 in New York

L.B. Bohle LLC will be exhibiting from Booth 1101 at the Javits Center in New York City with a display that includes two cutting edge machines.

QbCon® 1: Unique truly continuous granulator and dryer

The QbCon® 1 offers an optimal starter system for Continuous Manufacturing (CM), with a truly continuous wet granulator and dryer system for R&D that guarantees an increase in product quality while at the same time increasing flexibility and operator safety. In addition, the use of process analytics reduces resource consumption and shortens development times.

In contrast to competitive systems, QbCon® 1 realizes a permanent, truly continuous process without the formation of sub-batches and blocked filters.

BFC 50 used machine as a special offer

At INTERPHEX, the L.B. Bohle team will present a pre-owned BFC 50 TriPan with short delivery time and reduced price. This 2016 model is in perfect condition and has only run for about 150 hours and is also prepared for High Containment. Full factory warranty is also included.

The BFC 50 TriPan tablet coater is a flexible coating system that can be operated with three pans.
By using different pans, batch sizes between seven and 75 liters can be realized. The Bohle BFC coaters guarantee first-class product processing and excellent economy.

CM technologies and support center

In addition to these two machine highlights, the Bohle team will present the latest information on its evolving technologies for Continuous Manufacturing.

They will also have information about the company’s comprehensive product portfolio for weighing, dry and wet granulation, sieving and milling, tablet coating and product handling using augmented reality technologies and 3D models.

Development center

The Bohle team will also promote the work of the state-of-the-art U.S. Service Center at Warminster, PA, where customers can test or optimize all steps in the tablet manufacturing process.
