Bachem hosting awards at American Peptide Symposium 2023 in Arizona

Bubendorf, Switzerland: –Peptide and Oligonucleotide technology specialist Bachem AG will again be a high-profile presence at the upcoming annual American Peptide Symposium in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Bachem will be a leading exhibitor at the event and also sponsors and hosts the Vincent du Vigneaud Awards, named after the Nobel Chemistry Prize winning American biochemist (1901-1978) who first synthesized a polypeptide hormone, oxytoxin.

Award winners

The 2023 winners of the Vincent du Vigneaud Awards are Prof. Marcey Waters of the University of North Carolina, and Prof. Helma Wennemers of ETH Zurich.

Bachem will host the Award Luncheon to celebrate the award winners on the penultimate day of the conference, Wednesday, June 28.
