Bachem bringing peptide and oligonucleotide expertise to milestone US and China drug discovery events
Bubendorf, Switzerland: – Bachem AG will show its expertise in peptide and oligonucleotide technologies and therapeutics at two significant drug discovery meetings in the USA and China.
The Swiss-based CDMO will attend both the 10th anniversary Stanford Drug Discovery Symposium in California, and the major ChinaBio Drug Discovery Forum, both taking place over the space of three days at the end of April 2026.

Bachem USA Business Development Manager Noah Duffy will represent the company at SDDS 2026, marking the 10th anniversary of the founding of this annual gathering of researchers, pharmaceutical companies, investment groups, and the broader biomedical community to share knowledge on the latest developments in drug discovery.
The two-day event, opening April 27 at the Arrillaga Alumni Center on the Stanford University campus, will feature a dynamic program with cutting-edge talks, robust panel discussions, an poster session showcasing innovative research, and a platform for networking.
ChinaBio 2026
One day later, across the Pacific, Bachem will also be present at the opening of the two-day ChinaBio™ Partnering Forum in Shanghai. This major annual networking event attracts more than 1,000 life science leaders to discuss opportunities and challenges in China’s biotech market, providing the latest strategies and key insights.
Bachem Manager for Business Development & Sales in Asia, Dawson Chen, will participate in the conference, which opens April 28 at the riverside Kerry Hotel in Shanghai’s Pudong district.
