Hoofddorp, The Netherlands: – Strategic life sciences consultancy Progress Executive Services (Progress-EXS) is sponsoring the Investors Forum of the upcoming Dutch Life Sciences (DLS) Conference in Oegstgeest, The Netherlands.

The Investors Forum will provide young companies and start-ups with the opportunity to pitch for equity capital or partnerships with companies and institutes across the life sciences value chain, from biotech, med tech and pharma companies to financiers and universities.

Gateway to investors

The forum will form a centerpiece of the upcoming DLS conference on November 28, providing platform for entrepreneurs from industry and academia to business strategy, technology direction and capital-raising plan to venture capitalists, corporate/regional investment funds as well as representatives from university Technology Transfer departments.

Prior to the event, companies will be invited to participate in a number of dry-run presentations to gain feedback and get advice. The winning presentation will be rewarded with the Progress Investors Forum Prize; a ticket for a national or international partnering event with a total value of EUR 2,500. This will provide a gateway for the winners to reach the strategic audience of their choice anywhere in the world.

About Dutch Life Science Conference 2019

The Dutch Life Sciences Conference is an annual meeting hosted by Leiden Bio Science Park in The Netherlands that aims to stimulate discussions and interactions between business executives, R&D specialists, policy makers and investors from the, focusing on trends and developments in the domestic and international life sciences sectors.

Themed ‘Accelerating change in healthcare’ the 15th DLS meeting is a one-day event on November 28, 2019, staged at the CORPUS Congress Centre in Oegstgeest, near Leiden.
