Progress-EXS Networking Event to explore accessibility to leading-edge drugs

Hoofddorp, The Netherlands: – High-level pharmaceutical, healthcare and life sciences consultancy Progress Executive Services (Progress-EXS) is to host a networking event on accessibility to new drugs.

The event will be held on September 13 at the state-of the-art Biotech Training Facility (BTF) at Leiden in The Netherlands.

Progress-EXS is organizing the event for high level C-suite decision makers in life sciences, pharma and biotech companies to discuss improving accessibility to leading-edge drugs and vaccines, particularly for developing markets.

Dr. Pierre Morgon of MRGN

The event will include a presentation from Dr. Pierre A. Morgon, founder and CEO of Geneva-based MRGN Advisors, which was established in 2015 to advise CEOs, supervisory boards and investors on portfolio strategy, commercial and market access development, partnering and investment advisory in pharma, biologicals, vaccines, med tech and healthcare IT.

Dr. Morgon has more than 30 years of experience in the global life science industry, especially with specialty care, vaccines and immunotherapy, at the helm of international operations, in C-level positions at global level in multinational corporations and as CEO of start-up companies.

Kwasi Amfo of CEPI

The meeting will also hear from Kwasi Amfo representing CEPI, the Norwegian-headquartered global partnership working to accelerate the development of vaccines against emerging infectious diseases. The organization was launched at the 2017 Davos conference to bring together public, private, philanthropic, and civil society organisations to enable more equitable access to vaccines in developing nations.

The program will include optional tours of the BTF facility as well as breakout and networking sessions.
