MEGGLE to feature excipient ‘hot topics’ at CPhI North America

Wasserburg, Germany: – Pharmaceutical lactose specialist MEGGLE Business Unit Excipients (MEGGLE) will continue its campaign of North American events when it appears as a high profile co-exhibitor at the upcoming CPhI North America trade fair in Philadelphia.

MEGGLE’s appearance in Pennsylvania will follow its simultaneous appearances at twin events in Orlando, Florida, the Respiratory Drug Delivery (RDD) conference opening May 1 and the Excipient World Conference & Expo in nearby Kissimmee.

At CPhI NA 2022, MEGGLE will exhibit digitally via display from the stand of its North American distributor, LBB Specialties, at Booths 1115 &1515 as part of the main CPhI Ingredients and Excipients Zone.

A particular feature of the MEGGLE display will be interactive exhibits on the three industry ‘hot topics’ of Continuous Manufacturing (CM), Dry Powder Inhalation (DPI) and Orally Disintegrating Tablets (ODTs). Visitors will be able to interact with digital QR codes to connect directly with specific website landing pages for each of these topics.

The event will also introduce Jonas Hummel as MEGGLE’s new Head of Sales and area manager for the North American market. Visitors will also be able to get expert advice on advanced excipient applications from LBB’s Troy Austin and Stephanie Mashburn, who will be leading the on stand team.

LBB stand presentations will focus on the potential of MEGGLE excipients to aid developers in DPI applications, in fast dissolving excipients of ODT formulations and in Continuous Manufacturing (CM) processes.
