MEGGLE presents excipient blending insights at RDD USA
Wasserburg, Germany: – Pharmaceutical lactose specialist MEGGLE will attend the 2024 USA Respiratory Drug Delivery (RDD) conference in Tucson, Arizona, with prominent presence as a sponsor, exhibitor and work shop presenter contributing insights into blending multi-component dry powder inhalation formulations.
Subject to confirmation, MEGGLE will exhibit from Table 10 within the Inspiring Dry Powder Inhalation Knowledge Space at the JW Marriott Starr Pass conference venue in Tucson. MEGGLE’s R&D team will display the extensive portfolio of InhaLac®, high quality crystalline lactose-based DPI excipients, which are specifically designed to support DPI formulations. These sieved, milled and micronized lactose monohydrates are presented in a wide range of particle sizes and are particularly suitable for use in pulmonary dry powder inhalers and nasal drug delivery systems.
Workshop host
MEGGLE will host a workshop on the symposium’s Day Three with a presentation on ‘Blending Optimization in Multi-component DPI Formulations’ (Arizona Salon 4, May 7, 1400-1700 hrs.) hold by Global Application Manager Dr. Rebekka Spellerberg in partnership with Stefano Biserni from IMA ACTIVE based in Bologna, Italy.
