MEGGLE brings scientific paper on co-processed excipients to PBP World Meeting Rotterdam

Wasserburg, Germany: – Pharmaceutical lactose specialist MEGGLE Excipients & Technology (MEGGLE) will be a high profile participant in the 13th World Meeting on Pharmaceutics, Biopharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Technology (PBP2022) in The Netherlands port city of Rotterdam.

MEGGLE has attended every PBP World Meeting since 2010. The event is making its return as a live face to face event after going online during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Co-processed excipients

The MEGGLE stand at Booth 28 at the ResearchPharm® exhibition zone at the Rotterdam Ahoy Convention Centre (RACC) will showcase the company’s very wide range of sieved, milled, micronized and co-processed lactose based pharma excipients.

MEGGLE will also contribute to the scientific conference agenda with a poster on ‘Elastic properties of co-processed excipients and their corresponding physical admixtures, evaluated by ultrasonic-measurement system KIM’ authored by its Head of Application Technology, Dr. Franz Karl Penz, along with Dr. Benjamin Frindt and Dr. Robert F. Lammens from Solids Development Consult GmbH, in Leverkusen, Germany.

About PBP 2022

The Pharmaceutics, Biopharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Technology (PBP) World Meeting has become a well-established pharma industry event, attracting scientists from all over the world. The event is biennial, with previous meetings held in Budapest, Paris, Berlin, Florence, Geneva, Barcelona, Malta, Istanbul, Lisbon, Glasgow, and Granada (2018), with a 2021 event held online because of the Covid-19 pandemic.

The 13th World Meeting, PBP 2022, is held over four days, opening March 28 at the RACC Rotterdam Ahoy Convention Center in The Netherlands.

The event is expected to attract around 1,000 delegates with hundreds of 1000 abstracts posted.
