Gerteis showcases latest Mini-Pactor® at ACHEMA Frankfurt

Jona, Switzerland: – Dry granulation expert Gerteis will exhibit at the ACHEMA 2018 expo in Frankfurt, showcasing its latest roller compaction solutions.

The Gerteis display at booth D25 in Hall 3.0 of the Frankfurt Messe showground will feature live demonstrations of its latest generation Mini-Pactor® high performance roller compactor, using lightweight PuroVaso containers from S3 Process.

The Gerteis stand will also feature its versatile Macro-Pactor® machine and the cost-effective Polygran® roller compactor.

Optimal dry granulation solutions

The Gerteis team at ACHEMA will be led by Senior Sales Manager Michael Hanisch, who commented:

Ideal for QbD

For 2018, the Gerteis Pactor line, upgradable to accommodate HPAPI potent compounds, represent ideal platforms for quality by design (QbD) programs.

The Gerteis roller design also facilitates llinear scale-up from R&D to high volume production, with a product portfolio ranging from outputs of 10g per trial up to 400 kilos per hour.

Furthermore, Gerteis can now provide Formulation support to all customers.
