Gasporox to launch new LineArch™ solution at CPHI 2025 Frankfurt

Lund, Sweden: – Non-destructive testing technology specialist Gasporox AB will use Europe’s leading pharma industry event, the CPHI 2025 trade expo in Frankfurt, to reveal its latest innovative solution.

The Gasporox LineArch is a stand-alone solution that enables advanced TDLAS tuneable diode laser absorption spectroscopy to be integrated or retrofitted to existing production and packaging lines.

The compact machine can be placed alongside a packaging line and equipped with either VialArch™ or BottleArch™ sensor modules for high-speed inline HSA headspace gas analysis of small or large volume parenterals for Annex 1 and USP<1207> compliant quality control including container closure integrity testing (CCIT).

The LineArch will form a highlight of the Gasporox exhibitor stand at Booth A59, as part of CPHI Pharma Machinery and Equipment (P-MEC) Zone in Hall 9 of the Messe Frankfurt.

The CPHI show has been closely linked with Gasporox’s growth and development over the past two decades, forming the launchpad for successive generations of innovative devices, including the GPX1500 benchtop testing instruments and the VialArch™ technology. These innovations have made Gasporox repeated contenders for CPHI Innovator of the Year, winning the award in 2023 with the AutoMap™ Pharma for film packaging.

The Gasporox stand will also illustrate its full portfolio of pharma solutions and latest product developments. The full range of TDLAS ‘connect and go’ laser sensor package capabilities will be shown on stand, with live demonstrations throughout the three-day show, including oxygen, carbon dioxide, and water vapor analysis.

Gasporox will send its full sales team to Frankfurt, including Director of Sales & Applications Roland Koch, Area Sales Manager Niklas Bohlin, and Product and Sales Manager, Jean-Philippe Descloux.

The available Headspace Analysis sensors work with many types of containers like vials, ampoules, bottles, bags and trays and are available for measuring O2, CO2, H2O, or the pressure inside the inspected container and are suitable for Leak Detection on packages like trays, bags. These sensors can be integrated into production machines or form the basis for stand-alone instruments.

Gasporox technology has been proven for performance and robustness over more than a decade in the pharmaceutical industry in the testing of parenteral drugs. It is integrated and used in machines, systems and instruments for total lab and production testing of vials and ampoules in many parenteral packaging lines.
