Gasporox raising American profile with return to INTERPHEX 2023 in New York

Lund, Sweden: – Non-destructive testing technology specialist Gasporox AB will return for its second appearance at the high prestige INTERPHEX pharma expo in New York as part of its strategy to raise its brand awareness in American markets.

The Gasporox stand at Booth 2668 at the Javits Center in New York City will showcase a range of testing and inspection solutions highly relevant to North and South American pharmaceutical manufacturers.

Instant and high-speed quality control testing

These will include the GPX1500 benchtop non-destructive testing instruments for measuring headspace gases in vials, ampoules, and bags, as well as the ground-breaking in-line inspection module VialArch® that can conduct leak detection and Container Closure Integrity Testing (CCIT) at up to 600 units per minute.

The GPX1500 Series instruments will be live demonstrated to show how a highly accurate non-intrusive product quality assessment can be obtained in seconds. Audio-Visual displays will show other Gasporox solutions in action and explain its leading-edge technologies such as Tunable Diode Laser Assisted Spectroscopy (TDLAS), first developed at Lund University.

Strengthening American networks

The Gasporox team at INTERPHEX 2023 will be headed by its Senior Application and Sales Manager, Roland Koch, and will include North American Strategist Norwin Voegeli, from the consultancy Global Ingress; which has played a key role in raising Gasporox’s brand profile and establishing reseller networks across the continent.

The available Headspace Analysis sensors work with many types of containers like vials, ampoules, bottles, bags and trays and are available for measuring O2, CO2, H2O, or the pressure inside the inspected container and are suitable for Leak Detection on packages like trays, bags. These sensors can be integrated into production machines and also form the basis for stand-alone instruments.

Gasporox technology has been proven for performance and robustness over more than a decade in the pharmaceutical industry in the testing of parenteral drugs.
