Lindau, Germany: – Laboratory engineering specialist DORNIER–LTF will show new functionality in its latest generation PIRO® personal pipetting robot at the CPG LabMed laboratory technology trade fair in Copenhagen.

DORNIER-LTFs scandinavian partner A/S Ninolab will exhibit at two booths, 026 and 031 at the Lokomotivværkstedet exhibition center in the Danish capital.

LIMS integration

Dornier-LTF will showcase the latest version of its benchtop sized PIRO liquid handling system, featuring live demonstrations that highlight the wide range of functions on offer. These now include the New Flow automation concept. This provides quick access optimized sequences, capable of being integrated into any laboratory information management system (LIMS). The latest PIRO also offers intelligent pipetting from database, bringing affordable through matrix import and qPCR set up to smaller molecular biology laboratories.

The Dornier-LTF team in Copenhagen will be headed by Micheal Duchaussoy, the company’s director of Sales and Marketing, along with Dr. Rudolf Walser, Director of Applications and Sales.

Pipetting benefits

“We are looking forward to travelling to Copenhagen to support our new Scandinavian distributor, Ninolab, meeting our many end users in the Nordic region and showing just what PIRO can do,” said Dr. Walser.

“This is a great opportunity for the lab technicians, laboratory managers and technology decision makers that attend this event to find out more about the benefits that PIRO can bring to their pipetting results, data integrity and traceability of the pipetting work,” Dr. Walser added.
