Dec Group establishes new subsidiary for Japan

Ecublens, Switzerland: – World-leading materials handling and end-to-end process solutions provider Dec Group has inaugurated a new subsidiary to serve the huge Japanese pharmaceutical, biotech and life sciences market.

Dec Japan is based in Tokyo and will allow Dec to raise its local brand profile, engage more directly with Japanese customers, respond to specific client needs, and provide tailored solutions that meet local demands and generate increased business.

Newly appointed Japan Business Developer Kenichi Yoshida commented: “This milestone not only strengthens our presence in Japan but also gives us the opportunity to cultivate a strong brand identity that enhances trust and credibility among our clients and partners.”

Kenichi was formerly the Project Manager specializing in Dec Group products and technologies with long-time local partner Higuchi Inc.

Continued collaboration

Higuchi has been Dec’s representative in Japan since 2001 and will continue to collaborate with Dec Japan on certain technologies.
