Dec Glove Tester: highly efficient and autonomous
The Dec Glove Tester is a highly useful accessory enhancing the process safety particularly in high containment applications.
The glove integrity testing system incorporates fully automated measurement and glove filling, offering superior hole or tear detection and providing faster verification of 100% glove integrity.
It is highly mobile and compact, allowing glove testing to be performed on site at the actual workstation and is compatible with all glove types (CSM, EPDM, etc.).
Design and Engineering
The Dec Glove tester is based on fully-automated measurement with preconfigured parameters that can be tailored to client’s own glove type and detection requirements.
The system incorporates an automatic glove-filling pump, making it autonomous. The intuitive two-button control system combined with clear digital display makes the system very easy to operate.
The highly sensitive measurement system can detect holes and leaks smaller than 100 µm.
High capacity battery makes the system cable free while providing long operating times for repetitive measurements to validate an entire isolator/RABS environment without interruption.
The system incorporates electronically controlled clamping and sealing of the glove port, using a pneumatic inflated rubber seal.
The system is certified to IP64 standard and incorporates an easily replaceable 0.3 μm air intake filter, making it clean room compliant (the glove tester is not intended for use in ATEX zones).
A slim and ergonomic form minimizes grooves and edges.
