Charles Ischi to showcase new HC7 Tablet Hardness Tester at ACHEMA Frankfurt

Zuchwil, Switzerland: – Charles Ischi AG Testing Technology will unveil a significant addition to its range of high precision and regulatory compliant tablet testing instruments on its return to the ACHEMA Chemical Engineering World Forum opening in Frankfurt.

Charles Ischi will exhibit from Booth J80 in Hall 4.1 at the Messe Show Center in Frankfurt. A centerpiece of its display will be the HC7 Hardness Tester for tablets, which is a new addition to the Ischi LAB.Line range of high accuracy equipment for oral single dose (OSD) testing.

The Ischi testing solutions on show allow researchers and developers to automate all OSD testing processes, transforming manufacturing efficiency, quality control, in-process control and faster track R&D.

The Charles Ischi sales team will conduct live demonstrations of the HC7 to show its easy set up and user friendliness. Other instruments being demonstrated include the UTS-IP65i automatic tablet testing system designed to work under high containment for processing medium and high-potency products, being hermetically sealed and washable in place. Also on show will be the CIW6.4 capsule weight and length measurement system designed for use during or post-production process, featuring a tablet separating system and a special transport starwheel for precisely positioning the specimen on the integrated scale. CIW6.4 provides optimal and nearly forceless length measurements for capsules and features PH21 lab testing software that is 100% 21 CFR Part 11 compliant.
