Brevetti Angela to focus on green advantages at interpack 2026

Arzignano, Italy:- Leading manufacturer of high technology pharma packaging machinery, Brevetti Angela Srl, will emphasize the sustainability advantages of its new generation of Blow-Fill-Seal platforms on its debut at interpack 2026.

This will be Brevetti Angela’s first appearance at the triennial event in Düsseldorf, Germany, which has become one of Europe’s leading trade fairs for the packaging and processing industries.

Greener solution

Displays on the Brevetti Angela stand at Booth C15 in Hall 15 of the Messe Düsseldorf will show the technological advances incorporated in the innovative SYFPAC® DUO Blow-Fill-Seal platform, including modular design, easy scale up, compact footprint, and combination of closed parison aseptic containment with the flexibility provided by insertion technology. This enables a single machine to produce a very wide range of SVP small volume parenterals, including prefilled syringes, examples of which will also be on display.

For interpack, Brevetti Angela will place the emphasis on enhanced sustainability, where DUO technology provides several fundamental advantages:

• Blow-Fill-Seal technology inherently reduces equipment, energy consumption and operational complexity by integrating multiple production steps into a single process contained in a single machine.
• SYFPAC® DUO provides 250 per cent greater production throughput than a previous generation Blow-Fill-Seal platform, while occupying only one third of the floorspace, enabling lower carbon intensity production and reducing cost.
• DUO is also exceptionally resource efficient, with just 6% plastic scrap from the Blow-Fill-Seal process – far lower than previous platforms – and with potential recycling of any plastic waste. The machine can process different polymers (PP, LDPE, HDPE) without requiring any mechanical changeovers, further reducing start-up waste, and making more efficient use of materials and energy.

ESG focus

The on-stand team at interpack 2026, led by Chief Engineer Rajeev Kabbur and Technical Sales Managers Massimo Consolaro and Ajay Kabbur, will also be able to show how Brevetti Angela now integrates environmental, sustainability and governance (ESG) principles into its whole manufacturing approach by focusing on efficient use of resources, process optimization and long-term reliability.
