Brevetti Angela brings innovative 3CK syringe concept to ACHEMA Frankfurt

Brevetti Angela will share its stand at Booth D26 in Hall 3.0 at Frankfurt Messe with close partner  3CK, also based in Vicenza, to highlight their pioneering collaboration in the production and aseptic filling of a brand new generation of prefilled plastic syringes.

Leadership in prefilled plastic syringes

Brevetti Angela, with its long experience in parenteral packaging, has always been particularly aware of the difficulties in production of syringes and prefilling them. Building on the international success of its patented SYFPAC® BFS range, Brevetti Angela developed SECUREJECT® as the world’s first machine to apply Blow-Fill-Seal technology to production of pre-filled syringes. Since then, Brevetti Angela has conducted continuous research to develop a prefilled plastic syringe that is safe and cost-effective to manufacture, while at the same time being easy and safe to use.

The fifth generation 0-Flow concept is the result of years of research and development at Brevetti Angela, with C3K established as a start-up to handle syringe production and further medical device development.

This ground-breaking single use prefilled syringe design can be adapted to volumes up to 20ml, needs no silicone oil and eliminates break loose force, making it exceptionally user-friendly and convenient to produce.

Meanwhile, Brevetti Angela has also developed the O Fill aseptic filling system, specifically designed to accommodate the O Flow design.
