Bachem webinar on supply chain security
Bubendorf, Switzerland: – The latest webinar from Bachem, the leading CDMO for peptides and oligonucleotides manufacturing, will detail its recent initiatives aimed at enhancing the robustness of its supply chain.
The webinar ‘Mitigating supply chain risks in an age of disruption’ will be hosted on Zoom. With a duration if approximately one hour, the session will commence at 1700 hrs. CET (UTC +2) on May 22, 2024.
Ensuring supply chain resilience
The webinar will explore the importance of active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) supply chain resilience and sustainability for the development of global health and well-being of patients. It will show how these measures have become increasingly important in an ever more uncertain and volatile geopolitical, environmental, and economic climate.
It will detail Bachem’s supply-oriented measures to ensure operational process continuity, including responsible and ethical sourcing, demand forecasting methods, early mitigation of potential bottlenecks and measures to identify and address known and unknown risk factors.
