Bachem webinar on navigating Regulatory Affairs
Bubendorf, Switzerland: –Peptide and oligonucleotide manufacturers Bachem’s latest online webinar will examine regulatory affairs challenges involved in peptide production.
The webinar ‘Navigating regulatory affairs challenges for successful drugs’ will be hosted online via the Zoom platform on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, commencing at 1700 CET (UTC +1) and lasting approximately one hour. Registration for the event is free of charge and can be completed online (see Resources).
The webinar will focus on regulatory affairs (RA) as part of the long development and manufacturing journey that new drugs must go through before they reach the market. During the manufacturing process in particular, many regulatory challenges arise that any successful drug must overcome in order to reach patients in a timely, safe and reliable manner.
Regulatory support
Two of Bachem’s RA experts, Anja Erdin and Tycho Leifels, will present the webinar with presentations that identify the principal challenges and explain how Bachem accompanies its customers in ensuring that the compliance demands of regulatory agencies are satisfied.
Anja Erdin joined Bachem as a regulatory affairs specialist and group leader in 2009 after qualifying as a certified food chemist. In her group leader role, she focuses on NCE Development and assisting customers with navigating regulatory challenges throughout the lifecycle of their product.
Dr. Tycho Leifels is Director of Product Management at Bachem, with more than 20 years’ experience in strategic product management, marketing, portfolio management, pipeline, and strategy management for various pharmaceutical companies including Pfizer and Mepha, before taking up his current group leadership role.
