Advanced butterfly valve for aseptic operations

Dec Group has developed an innovative Aseptic Butterfly Valve that overcomes problems of product shredding during powder transfers while delivering exceptional dosing accuracy.

The new Dec Aseptic Butterfly Valve is specifically designed for aseptic operations, with minimized dead zones to prevent contamination and advanced CIP clean in place and SIP sterilize in place capabilities.

High Flow

The new valve will be available in a wide range of sizes from DN 50 to DN 300, with full-bore passage options up to DN 80. It is designed for high-flow rapid powder conveyance and seamless integration into a Dec PTS Powder Transfer System set up.

The valve also features an innovative mechanism that allows rapid inflatable seal replacement, significantly reducing maintenance downtime. Its materials and design are also ATEX-certified for use in flammable or explosive environments.
