Overview

IntroTech is expert in the supply and application of Cooper-Atkins TempTrak, the world’s number one choice for wireless monitoring and management of hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP) and cold chain integrity.

TempTrak™ provides a total solution for remote monitoring and detailed measurement of security, temperature and HACCP data, and is used in more applications worldwide than all other such systems combined.

TempTrak™ provides a revolutionary wireless solution to help manage the temperature and integrity of cold chains. The TempTrak™ platform automatically stores environmental conditions, door contacts, corrective actions, generating automatic notification of any non-conformity, directly to designated responsible persons.

Application of TempTrak™

TempTrak™ consists of a wide range of sensors and recording/transmitting devices that can be networked to cover any secure storage and transport system. The solution is optimized for food, medical and pharmaceutical applications.

All management can be done remotely, tracking temperature and conformity over wireless local area and wide area networks (LAN/WAN).

From its 19th century roots in manufacturing thermometers, Cooper-Atkins has become one of the most innovative manufacturers in the cold chain sector, with TempTrak™ now the world’s most installed system in hospitals, warehouses and the pharma/biotech industries.

Features

TempTrak™ offers 24/7 remote temperature monitoring and runs on a wide range of systems supported by a broad range of hardware. The system allows efficient and responsive monitoring and management of the whole cold chain system from a distance, using almost any Internet connected device.

TempTrak generates alert messages via email, SMS text and interactive voice response (IVR). The new TempTrak™ EZLink allows all alarms to be viewed, acknowledged and cleared from any mobile device.

The system is fully BACnet compatible, enabling seamless integration into a Building Management System.

A Clustering feature provides redundancy for both the application and database components of TempTrak™ in the event of a system failure.

Intelligent Insites™ software application allows the user to send temperature data from any or all TempTrak™ sensors to ‘intelligent insights’ middleware for analysis and global reporting.

At the heart of the TempTrak™ system, the HACCP Manager Handheld is a data-collecting instrument that simplifies collection of temperatures and the logging of all corrective actions. The Handheld can store up to 3000 readings and the database software allows for customizing up to 300 menu items to maintain accurate HACCP data. The unit accepts all Type K thermocouple probes.
