Designed specifically for aseptic applications in pharmaceutical manufacturing, the SuperTrak PHARMA8™ conveyance platform sets a new standard in performance, reliability, and efficiency.

Designed for hygiene

Based on over 25 years of designing and building Smart Conveyance technologies, SuperTrak PHARMA8™ is engineered to meet the rigorous requirements of pharmaceutical production environments by utilizing a stainless-steel casing, sealed with gasketed joints, preventing the migration of particulates and enabling rigorous cleaning protocols like VHP.  It also features smooth surfaces and stainless-steel construction to facilitate easy cleaning and sterilization, further minimizing contamination risks.

SuperTrak PHARMA8™ ensures fast, precise, and flexible motion of pharmaceutical products throughout the manufacturing process, with shuttle velocities of 2.5 m/s, 30 m/s² acceleration, and payloads up to 8kg.

These features make it ideal for a variety of aseptic applications including filling and finishing.
