Sofrigam showing new Pallet Shipper range at CCGF Philadelphia

Rueil Malmaison, France: – Temperature-controlled logistics and pharmaceutical cold chain packaging specialist Sofrigam S.A. will showcase its new range of temperature-controlled Pallet Shippers when it returns to the Cold Chain GDP & Temperature Management Global Forum (CCGF) in Philadelphia in late September.

Sofrigam has been a leading sponsor of the event for more than seven years and will again be a high profile presence at the 2018 CCGF conference, exhibiting from its stand at Booth 110, which will display will showcase a representative range of the company’s new generation of temperature-controlled shipping and packaging solutions.

New flat form XXL Pallet Shipper

For 2018, the display will focus on the latest generation of Sofrigam Pallet Shippers, which revolutionized pharma cold chain shipping when they were first introduced more than 30 years ago. Ongoing development by Sofrigam has now produced an XXL Pallet Shipper than can be delivered and stored in flat form, able to be very easily erected in minutes by a single person, as the Sofrigam team will demonstrate in Philadelphia.

“Pharma products are completely secured during the assembly because, in contrast to similar solutions, pharma products are only loaded once the temperature-controlled container is assembled and stabilized to avoid any temperature excursion and completely secure temperature sensitive products,” said Sofrigam Commercial Director Alain Schuerwegen, who will lead the team at CCGF 2018.

Smarter iBox

The latest iBox is even more secure with a real-time Track and Trace functionality offering total visibility across the whole supply chain.

If there’s a break in the cold chain or the container is tampered with, an alarm will alert you right away so now you can track your life sciences shipment anywhere, anytime, on any device,” explained Peter Buchanan, Sofrigam’s UK Business Manager.

At CCGF 2018, Sofrigam will also show its largest range of cooling bags specially designed to meet patient needs.
