Waiblingen, Germany: – Advanced aseptic liquid filling and bottling specialist Rommelag Engineering will once again exhibit at the world’s leading pharma trade show, CPhI 2017 on its return to Frankfurt.

The Rommelag presence at Stand D20 will be part of the ISCE Zone in Hall 4.0- of the Frankfurt Messe showground and will combine Rommelag FLEX for Containment solutions and Rommelag CMO for contract filling with bottelpack systems.

A centerpiece of the Rommelag ENGINEERING display will be the new range of LVP-bottelpack containers; designed to collapse well without venting, offering reduced headspace to minimize overall container height.

Minimized height

“The new design also maximizes the output as more cavities in the production machine can be implemented,” explained Rommelag Marketing Director, Andreas Häussner, who will be part of the team in Frankfurt.

Isolated aseptic filling

Rommelag will also showcase a range of samples produced on its bottelpack machines, including IV-Solutions, ophthalmic eyedroppers, inhalers and parenterals, as well as its aseptic, fully isolated filling process and fully automated inspection of Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) containers.

“Any pharma professionals looking for advanced sterile or aseptic filling, liquid processing, or delivery of liquids and semi-liquids will be highly interested to see what we are offering at CPhI 2017,” said Mr. Häussner.

Cool BFS

Rommelag CMO, the service area that offers contract filling, will show its new method for the filling of temperature-sensitive products in its portfolio. The Cool-BFS application allows the Blow-Fill-Seal process to be applied to temperature-sensitive products, such as vaccines.
