Rommelag to present new digital vision for BFS at PharmaTechnica

Waiblingen, Germany: – Advanced aseptic liquid filling and packaging specialist Rommelag Engineering will use the upcoming PharmaTechnica online forum to lay out a future vision of blow-fill-seal (BFS) packaging that is digitally integrated across the pharma supply chain.

Bastian Schellzig, Area Sales Manager of the Rommelag Group, will be one of the speakers in the European Aseptic Conference section of PharmaTechnica, delivering a presentation ‘Blow-Fill-Seal-Technology Goes Digital’ on April 21^st at 14:15.

Digital value creation

Mr. Schellzig will show how bottelpack technology and platform, already available as a hi-tech alternative to the conventional filling of liquids and semisolids, can be an integral part of a Pharma 4.0 approach to digital value creation for the industry.

Digitization offers opportunities for increased productivity through automated data processing and visualization and platform-independent integration of external software tools without risk.

Although PharmaTechnica is billed as a ‘once only’ event, this is a return to the conference for Rommelag, which was also a prominent presence at the 2020 online PharmaKongress that was the forerunner to this event.
