Rommelag presents ‘carefree’ 3-in-1 BFS bottelpack offer at ACHEMA 2018

Waiblingen, Germany: – Advanced aseptic liquid filling and bottling specialist Rommelag Engineering will use the high profile ACHEMA chemical engineering and process trade fair in Frankfurt-am-Main to show how its bottelpack systems, supplementary inspection machines and tailor-made service packages can combine to reduce stress on plant operations.

The Rommelag presence at stand D49 in Hall 3.0 at the Frankfurt Messe fairground will show a total blow-fill-seal (BFS) solution that brings together container production, aseptic filling and closure of the container in one operation under controlled conditions.

Quality assurance in BFS pharmaceutical production

The Rommelag display will present its various Engineering systems and Flex solutions and explain its total offer for quality assurance in pharmaceutical production, taking in automatic visual inspection ranging from simple cosmetic control and particle detection to additional level monitoring or highly efficient detection of freely moving foreign bodies.

Other QA solutions include tightness checks and fully automated monitoring of critical product features within in-process control.

Safe and effective aseptic filling

“Our offer is very clear: There is no safer and more cost-efficient solution for packaging liquid and semi-solid pharmaceutical products than a bottelpack aseptic system,” declared Rommelag’s Marketing Director, Andreas Häussner.

“We have now supplemented our bottelpack range with various inspection systems to ensure that contents can be packed first-class and delivered completely safely to their destination. These systems function convincingly throughout the packaging process with maximum safety and cost-effectiveness,” said Mr. Häussner.

Pharma Service, modifications, proactive maintenance

Rommelag Service will also present options for configuring system to product, providing support via its in-house pharmaceutical service from the planning phase onwards and comprehensive after-sales service from installation to maintenance, repair and complex modifications and retrofits.
