Rommelag brings case studies to Pharma Congress 2018

Waiblingen, Germany: – Advanced aseptic liquid filling and bottling specialist Rommelag Engineering is returning to Germany’s annual Pharma Congress in Dusseldorf to present its latest bottelpack and continuous API containment solutions.

The company will exhibit from Stand 65 at the PharmaTechnica zone at the Dusseldorf Congress Center, where it will promote its latest solutions from its ENGINEERING and FLEX divisions.

Case studies

Rommelag will also contribute two case study presentations to the conference.

The first, “Holopack: Pharma 2020” will be presented by Christoph Bohn of Rommelag Pharma Service on the first afternoon of the congress (1630, April 24). It will explore modular expansion during ongoing production during the second expansion stage at Rommelag’s Sulzbach-Laufen production plant.

The second case study, presented the following afternoon by Rommelag CMO, Dr. Otto Schubert, will explore “Current Aseptic Technologies”, specifically BFS filling of vaccines using H2O2 decontamination and inactivation of equipment.

Packaged containment

Rommelag’s display will feature different samples of bottelpack containers like LVP’s and injectables, produced from Rommelag Engineering’s range of bottelpack machines like the BFS 430.

From Flex division, the display will also feature the new Flecobox offer of continuous API Containment that can contain an entire pharmaceutical production process, saving need to alter or adapt previously validated processes.
