Phage Consultants returns to CPhI Worldwide

Gdansk, Poland: – Specialist bacteriophage CRO Phage Consultants (PC) will return as an exhibitor at the huge upcoming CPhI Worldwide pharma fair in Milan, showcasing its contracting and consulting services.

This will be Phage’s third attendance at CPhI Worldwide, which returns as a physical expo for November 2021, alongside an extended online virtual event. Once again Phage Consultants will be part of the combined Pomorskie Voivodeship (Pomeranian Province) presence in the Integrated Pharma (ICSE) Zone, at Booth 11H54. The stand showcases the hi-tech companies clustered around Gdansk, which has become a center of excellence in pharmaceutical technology.

Improved Bacteriophage Detection

The Phage team in Milan, headed by CEO and co-founder Dr. Marcin Los will be joined by Julia Schoenhoff, where they will be presenting an expanded portfolio of specialist services that both target bacteriophages and harness their power as powerful antibacterial and detection agents in their own right.

Enhanced services include improved methods for bacteriophage detection, including in difficult bacterial strains, such as E. coli with DE3 phage.

Anaerobic strain analysis

Additionally, thinking of our customers involved in microbiome therapeutics, Phage has recently increased its capacity for anaerobic strain growth and tests.
