Neyret Group’s zero friction maglev planar technology on show at Global Industrie 2024 in Paris
Chaponost, France: – Leading manufacturer of customized automatic assembly and test machinery for the medical and life sciences industries Neyret Group will once again be a high-profile presence at the annual Global Industrie trade fair in Lyon, France.
Neyret Group has attended almost every GI since the series was founded in 2008 and in 2016 was a recipient of the event’s Golden Tech Award for Industrial Innovation for its development of multi-speed rotative table for assembly machines.
Magnetic Levitation breakthrough
This year, the Group will be exhibiting from Booth 5H114 at the Paris Nord Villepinte center, displaying its advanced range of automatic assembly platforms, including bespoke assembly machines.
Two systems will be on live demonstration on the stand. Making its European show debut will be the revolutionary Lagniel-manufactured Planar Flexible Assembly Machine 4.0, featuring zero friction maglev pallets to carry components. All pallets are levitated by magnetic field above an integrated planar system with no mechanical cams or guides. Total absence of friction or mechanical wear, along with no need for compressed air or lubrication makes the system ideal for cleanroom assembly applications.
Also on live demo will be the Société Guy Neyret assembly machine incorporating multiple types of mechanical and electrical manipulators that can be built on a rotary table or installed independently on any other linear platform. All assembly processes at index assembly machines are carried out with showcased manipulators.
Expert assembly guidance
The Neyret Group team at GI 2024 will be led by Group CEO Bruno Neyret, who commented:

“We will be fielding a team of exports who can take visitors to our stand through all assembly processes of exhibited assembled products or different stations of showcased demo machines,” he added.
Neyret Group will also be treating GI Paris as a recruiting opportunity with its Human Resources team setting up a dedicated booth in the Expo’s GI Venir Dating Zone on Day Two (March 26) for those interested in joining the company.
