Chaponost, France  Neyret Group, a leading manufacturer of automatic assembly and test machinery, is returning to the annual Pharmapack Europe 2026 in Paris to present its latest high-speed assembly, labelling, and printing solutions for medical devices.

Over more than 15 years, Neyret Group has become a well-established presence at France’s premier pharmaceutical packaging event. At the 2026 edition, the company will exhibit alongside three other members of the Mech-i-tronic Group across two adjoining stands in Hall 4 of Paris Expo Porte de Versailles.

Neyret Group and SMP will exhibit from Booth 4F26 and CB Automation and ERMO will exhibit from Booth 4F22.

Adaptable automated solutions

Neyret Group’s exhibits at Pharmapack 2026 will highlight a broad range of customised high-speed assembly machines designed to meet specific product and process requirements. Key technologies on display include:

  • Customised High-Speed Indexed Assembly Machines, tailored for precise, repeatable assembly and in-line inspection of medical devices.
  • Lagniel High-Speed Continuous Motion Assembly and Test Machines, enabling on-the-fly assembly and control of high-volume products, particularly fragile components such as prefilled and safety syringes, as well as metered valves and spray pumps.
  • Digital Drop-on-Demand (DOD) Printing Machines with Linear Magnetic Track, delivering flexible late-stage customisation of semi-finished products and rapid changeover of print designs.
  • High-Speed Insulin Injection Pen Assembly Lines, offering rapid indexed assembly with full in-line quality control.
  • Continuous Motion Rotary Ultrasonic Welding Stations, easily integrated into continuous-motion assembly platforms for items such as autoinjectors or injection devices.

Assembly in action

On stand, Neyret Group will present a selection of medical devices and components that can be assembled on its platforms, including insulin injection pens and autoinjectors, metered-dose inhaler bodies and valves, dry powder inhalers (DPIs), syringes, needle protection systems, and spray and aerosol valves.

The display will also include dose counters and indicators produced using pad and digital printing technologies, as well as examples of high-precision labelling on medical devices and clinical diagnostic kits.

On-stand video displays will further demonstrate Neyret Group’s assembly machines and processes in operation.
