Flexible assembly 4.0 solution in action at automatica 2025 Munich

Chaponost, France: – Leading manufacturer of customized automatic assembly and test machinery for the medical and life sciences industries Neyret Group will make its sixth successive appearance at the leading industrial automation expo, automatica 2025 in Munich.

Neyret has attended every edition since 2004 of the biennial show, which provides the group with an ideal platform to reach industry professionals seeking advanced solutions for automated assembly and manufacturing processes in various industrial fields, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, automotive, connectivity, electrical, personal care and other sectors.

MagLev Flexible Assembly

For 2025, Neyret will exhibit at Booth 409 in Hall A6 of the Messe München on the Mech-i-Tronic group stand alongside partner companies CB Automation and ALCI.

The centerpiece of the Neyret display will be a functioning demonstration Lagniel Flexible Assembly Machine, featuring free-moving magnetic levitation pallets moving independently above an integrated planar system with no mechanical guides. The system’s absence of friction and mechanical wear makes it ideally adapted for cleanroom assembly applications. The display will also feature examples of medical devices and other items assembled using this advanced technology.
