Neyret Group showing advanced high-speed assembly capabilities at GI Lyon

Chaponost, France: – Leading manufacturer of customized automatic assembly and test machinery for the medical and life sciences industries Neyret Group will once again be a high profile presence at the annual Global Industrie trade fair in Lyon, France.

The Neyret Group stand at Booth 4A180 at the EurExpo center in Lyon will present its advanced capabilities in high-speed assembly machines and manufacturing process automation across various industrial fields including pharmaceutical component and medical device assembly.

Neyret Group have been a regular exhibitor at the event since its inception and has been a past award winner in the industrial innovation category for its development of multi-speed rotative table for assembly machines.

High speed assembly demonstrations examples

At Global Industrie 2023, Neyret Group will live demonstrate two assembly machines in motion.

One will illustrate the multiple types of mechanical and electrical manipulators that can be built on a rotary table or installed independently at any other linear platform. The showcased manipulators will be capable of carrying out a wide range of assembly processes, including highly complex ones.

The other demonstrated assembly machine will show the complete assembly of a breathalyzer device, involving multiple steps at a production rate of 4800 products per hour. In addition, this machine is equipped with an event-based video surveillance system that significantly reduces troubleshooting time.

The on stand team led by Neyret Group CEO Bruno Neyret will be able to guide visitors on every aspect of automated assembly processes.
