Mikron showcasing expertise in assembly solution for complex medical devices at Medical Technology Ireland

Boudry, Switzerland: – Automated production solutions specialist Mikron Automation will celebrating its long association with the Irish medical device manufacturing sector when it exhibits at the latest Medical Technology Ireland trade show in September.

The Mikron stand is on Booth 41 in the Exhibition Zone at Galway Racecourse, near Ballybrit in Western Ireland. Galway has become the center of a significant cluster of medtech businesses employing more than 30,000 people.

Established presence

Mikron Automation has been a consistent presence at Ireland’s main medical devices show for more than a decade, both as Medtec Ireland and in its current incarnation. Throughout, its event teams have been led by David Drury, Sales Manager for UK & Ireland.

Once again, the Mikron displays will showcase its expertise in highly automated and precise assembly of ever more complex medical devices, now with increasing emphasis on complex processes, vision processes, data management and harnessing of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
