KORSCH bringing X 3 mid-range tableting solution to Middle East and North Africa market at Maghreb 2024
Berlin, Germany: – Leading name in tablet compression technology KORSCH AG will introduce its ground-breaking X 3 tablet press to the rapidly expanding MENA pharmaceutical industry at North Africa’s leading trade show in Algeria.
KORSCH will be a high-profile presence at February’s Maghreb Pharma Expo in Algiers, with a stand at Booth D04 in the Central Hall of the capital’s SAFEX exhibition center. A centerpiece of the KORSCH display will be its highly innovative and versatile X 3 Tablet Press, which will be featured in live on-stand demonstrations.
Versatile X 3 tableting
Presentations will highlight the X 3’s breakthrough design and features that make it ideally suited to the needs of small-to-mid-scale tablet producers, as a single-sided rotary tablet press that redefines flexible technology with a new approach to architectural and ergonomic design elements, previously only available on larger machines.
The X 3 won the 2022 Pharma Innovation Awards with advanced technologies and features that are designed to advance product quality, risk reduction and manufacturing efficiency. These include a fully integrated control cabinet to remove production space clutter, single or bi-layer capability, and exchangeable turret configuration to offer unprecedented flexibility and production adaptability.
Advanced data integration
The X 3 can be fully instrumented for the measurement of precompression, main compression, and ejection forces, while optional integrated data acquisition system permits full characterization and documentation of scale-up parameters. This high integration of control and data to provide deeper understanding of the compression process make the machine Pharma 4.0 ready.
