KORSCH bringing to PMEC India tableting solutions from R&D to high-speed production
Berlin, Germany: – Leading name in tablet compression technology KORSCH AG will again be a prominent presence at the PMEC pharma machinery exhibition, part of the CPHI India 2023 pharmaceutical and ingredients expo outside New Delhi.
KORSCH will combine with subsidiary MEDELPHARM and strategic partner L.B. Bohle under their ‘Your Process in Mind’ banner on stand 10A31 at the India Expo Centre, at Greater Noida, south of New Delhi. Together, they will stage a display that covers every aspect of oral solid dose manufacture from research and formulation, through powder processing, to tablet compression and coating.
High-speed tableting
KORSCH solutions on display will include the advanced XT 600 High-Speed Double-Rotary Press in bi-layer configuration with its sophisticated exchangeable turret, and innovative variable feeder design. The XT 600 offers a new standard in high-volume tablet production and features optionally a segmented die table with 85 EUB Stations that dramatically increases machine output.
Other live demonstrations on stand will feature MEDELPHARM’s versatile STYL’One Evo compaction simulator with integrated analytical software and multi-layer capability, allowing R&D at production speed. The KORSCH team at PMEC India will include Global Sales Director Jochen Sommer, KORSCH India Executive Director Sameer Rane, Regional Manager Pavan Porethi, and Service Division Head Pravin Gawas.
Jochen Sommer commented: “Our association with PMEC and CPHI India goes back many years, initially exhibiting alone and more recently in collaboration with LB BOHLE and now with MEDELPHARM as well.”
“Together, we can offer really powerful and comprehensive manufacturing process solutions to this very important pharma market,” Mr. Sommer declared.
