Gasporox demonstrating non-destructive CCIT for parenterals at A3P International Congress Biarritz

Lund, Sweden: – Non-destructive testing technology specialist Gasporox AB is returning to the A3P International Congress event dedicated to clean and sterile pharma production in Biarritz.

Gasporox will exhibit from Stand R21 in the Espace Bellevue in Biarritz under the banner of its French distributor ADMC. The stand team will be led by Product Manager Jean-Philippe Descloux and ADMC General Manager Jean-François Meriot.

TDLAS technologies

The Gasporox displays will showcase several technologies that are relevant to the major 2023 Congress themes of Process Control and Product Life Cycle. These include the Vial Arch™ in line sensor module for real time testing and the GPX1500 Vial™ instrument for quality control headspace gas testing of parenteral packages. These are among a portfolio of Gasporox instruments based on its proprietary advanced TDLAS tuneable diode laser absorption spectroscopy technology.

The Gasporox team led by Area Sales and Product Manager Jean-Philippe Descloux will use the GPX 1500 Vial to conduct live demonstrations of ‘connect and go’ benchtop non-destructive headspace gas analysis CCIT integrity testing of vials and ampoules; They will also show how flame-sealed reference standards can be combined with the GPX 1500 Vial for fully compliant QC testing.

These sensors can be integrated into production machines and also form the basis for stand-alone instruments.
