Dec Group showcases next-generation pharma manufacturing solutions at CPHI 2025 Frankfurt

Ecublens, Switzerland: – World-leading materials handling and process specialist Dec Group will use CPHI Worldwide 2025 in Frankfurt to demonstrate how global partnerships are driving new standards in pharmaceutical manufacturing – advancing innovation, sustainability, and performance.

The Dec Group stand at Booth A10 will form a highlight of the Pharma Machinery and Equipment (P-MEC) Zone in Hall 9 of the Messe Frankfurt Expo Center. Stand displays will feature Dec Group’s game-changing collaborations with partners in Switzerland and Japan to introduce innovative solutions in aseptic filling and lyophilization.

Advanced Fill-Finish Aseptic Technology

Collaboration with Swiss-based Inductio AG has resulted in the TopFill Aseptic Filling Platform, a next-generation fill-finish solution that sets new benchmarks in efficiency and GMP compliance. TopFill’s use of pre-sterilized PFAS-free vials allows the system to exceed EU GMP Annex 1 compliance standards while dramatically reducing energy and waste.

TopFill is engineered for cleaner operations, faster format changes, and sustainable scalability, with tamper-evident bayonet caps, RTU compatibility, and a levitating transport system that hugely simplifies automated processes.

Cleanroom robotic handling solution

Another Swiss partnership, with Asyril, has allowed Dec to integrate the advanced Asycube Clean 230 vibration sorter into its aseptic filling and robotic handling systems for cleanroom environments.

This 3-axis vibration feeding technology with visual detection delivers precise, versatile part and cap handling, meeting the strictest cleanroom standards with unmatched reliability.

Slashing freeze-drying times

In Japan, Dec Group has joined forces with Kobelco Eco Solutions to perfect the Rheofreed^® mixer-type freeze dryer as a breakthrough in lyophilization technology.

By accelerating the drying process and cutting cycle times by up to 80% compared to conventional freeze-drying, Rheofreed® sets a new benchmark in efficiency, scalability, and production agility for pharmaceutical manufacturers.
